SATYA continued...
I hit pause midway through SATYA 2, only to realise months later that sometimes you have to make the time. Diving back in, I immersed myself in theory and practice, tuning into my shoulders, midline and lymphatic flow, whilst exploring how fatigue weaves through my body and soul. An unexpected “a-ha” came when I finally mastered a weighted reverse lunge by observing alignment off the mat. Now I’m eagerly awaiting SATYA 3.
