BETTER BALANCE

This whole course is built around you selecting a balance that you want to get better at. This could be a tree pose, Warrior 3 or simply standing on one leg. We will start with a simple standing warm up, move into your balance of choice and then work on some different drills. We will be following a test and retest approach. You will try different drills and then try your balance again. From the selection of drills, there will, most likely, be one that makes you feel better in your balance of choice. This drill will then become your "homework" between our sessions.

Northampton School for Boys
Come and enjoy a blissful Friday night of Yoga Nidra. This will be a great way to unwind from the week and set yourself up for your weekend. Yoga Nidra is a practice of conscious rest (commonly referred to as yogic sleep/sleep of the yogis) where you are guided through different stages to enter a deep state of relaxation.
